Pre-Construction

Connor+Gaskins will take your project from an LOI on a property, through planning, zoning, cost budgeting, constructibility, and design. Our innovative spirit drives us  to constantly find new and smarter ways to build, creative ways to meet budgets, aggressive ways to meet dates, and a team approach to maintain the success  of each project. Even the smallest design change can impact a project’s cost  and schedule.

Construction

Known for our commitment to excellence; over 80% of our clients are repeat work; ranging from ultra-high-end new builds to economy hotel renovations. Licensed across the US and having completed projects in 45 different states we have a large base of knowledge and pool of resources to utilize to keep every project on budget and on schedule.

Construction Management

From concept, design and estimating to scheduling, logistics, warehousing and construction, we provide continuity throughout the entire process.   The flow of all material is managed by an online, real-time software system to coordinate the contractors over multiple properties in various regions. This assures the finished product is high-quality, on-time, and on-budget.
