Daniela has been with Connor+Gaskins Vertical for nearly six years and currently serves as Pre-Construction & Post-Construction Project Coordinator, a role that uniquely positions her at both the beginning and conclusion of each project. By supporting the preconstruction process and re-engaging post-construction, Daniela plays a critical role in evaluating outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and strengthening processes for future projects.

With professional experience spanning construction and real estate since 2008, Daniela brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. She is especially passionate about design-build work, where she can help shape projects not only from a constructability standpoint, but also through the lens of how a building ultimately impacts the client’s experience and livability.
