The Old Collier project included a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the clubhouse, enhancing both the interior gathering spaces and the overall club experience. The scope included a full remodel of the men’s lounge, updates to the ladies’ lounge, custom built-in cabinetry throughout, a refreshed main bar area, and built-in wall mirrors for a polished finish. The existing outdoor lanai was enclosed and built out to create additional indoor clubhouse space, complete with exterior siding on the new addition for a seamless architectural extension.
