The La Mer project included a full revamp of the amenity deck, along with structural remediation and repair of the elevated deck. The scope also included a new raised mechanical building and the full replacement of key electrical and emergency systems, including the bus duct, generator, fire pump, and water pump. The completed work enhanced the property’s infrastructure, functionality, and long-term performance while refreshing an important shared amenity space.
