Connor+Gaskins Studio Awarded First Phase of STARability Foundation’s New Headquarters
Connor+Gaskins Studio has been selected to lead the first phase of development for the STARability Foundation’s new campus, marking a significant milestone in expanding services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Southwest Florida.
STARability Foundation, a Naples-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals of all abilities, recently acquired a 10-acre property located at 2655 Northbrook Drive, Naples, FL 34119. The property will serve as the foundation’s future headquarters and campus.
Phase One of the project will focus on the renovation and revitalization of the existing structure on the property. Once complete, the upgraded facility will house STARability’s new corporate offices as well as classrooms and dedicated spaces for program participants. Construction is slated to begin in early fall 2025.
