Homes Begins Construction on 13,000 SQFT Residence

CGU Homes, a Naples-based luxury home builder, recently began construction on a custom, five-bedroom residence. The 13,846-square-foot home will include modern elements and beautiful stone features.

The architectural plans of the two-story, modern home include floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious great room, club room, gym, theater and an extensive outdoor living space with a custom pool, tennis court and sports court. Modern ceiling details will adorn the ceilings throughout the home. The residence will be on an expansive 2-acre lot in the Devonwood neighborhood in South Fort Myers.

CGU Homes is collaborating with Stofft Cooney Architects, Outside Productions Inc., and Montana Design Associates to design and build the client’s vision of a home that will serve as a gathering place with spacious areas for friends and family.”
