Featured Project: Beachfront Renovation & Addition

CGU Homes is working with beachfront clients in Port Royal on their renovation and addition. The 3-building property is just under 12,000 square feet and made up of a main residence and two guest homes.

The architects, Herscoe Hajjar Architects, have helped facilitate the project’s multitude of projects including relocating the generator, renovating the outdoor living area, replacing the floors in the guest house and building a new 1,600 master suite onto the main house.
