Connor+Gaskins Studio Completes Full Renovation of Kitchen Social at UTC in Sarasota

Connor+Gaskins has completed the full renovation of Kitchen Social at University Town Center in Sarasota, delivering a refreshed restaurant environment now open for customers.

The project transformed an older restaurant space through a complete interior demolition and renovation, including the build-out of a new dining area and bar, a refreshed kitchen with new equipment, and updates to the patio and exterior façade.

The refreshed Kitchen Social features custom wall-plaster details that add warmth and rustic character throughout the dining area. A radiused bi-folding door was also installed to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor dining areas, creating a lively, open atmosphere for guests.
