Connor+Gaskins Studio Begins Renovation at St. Laurent Condominium in Pelican Bay

Connor+Gaskins Studio has officially commenced the full-scale renovation of St. Laurent Condominium, a 22-story luxury residence located in the heart of Pelican Bay, Naples, Florida. The extensive project reflects the building’s commitment to enhancing the resident experience through sophisticated design, upgraded amenities and refined common areas that match the elegance of its coastal surroundings.

Built in 1997, St. Laurent features 102 residences and five penthouse units overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The renovation, designed by David Corban Architects with interiors by Flora Di Menna Designs Inc., encompasses a complete transformation of the entrance lobby, lounge areas, grand salon, card room, elevator corridor, mail room, restrooms with saunas and a fitness center.

The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, with work carefully phased to minimize disruption to residents. When complete, St. Laurent’s common areas will reflect a sophisticated aesthetic that complements its natural setting and elevates its residents’ standard of living.
