MEET THE TEAM

JON LAWRENCE
President / Partner

Jon, a Naples native and University of Florida graduate with a degree in Building Construction,
joined Connor+Gaskins Homes in 2016. He brings over 27 years of experience in high-end
residential construction and serves as the President and company’s qualifier in Southwest
Florida. Outside of work, Jon enjoys outdoor activities such as diving, hunting, and fishing,
and values time spent with his wife and two children.

DREW HEMMER

Vice President of Pre-Construction / Partner

Drew joined Connor+Gaskins Homes in 2017 as a Senior Estimator/Project Manager, bringing
with him 17 years of experience in high-end residential construction throughout Southwest
Florida. He recently became a partner and now serves as Vice President of Pre-Construction.
Drew also holds a General Contractor license in the State of Florida. Originally from St. Louis, he
is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a degree in Business Management. In his free time,
Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as playing golf and ice hockey.

BARBIE KELLAM

Vice President of Marketing & Sales / Partner

Barbie, a Naples native with over 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry,
joined Connor+Gaskins Homes in 2019 as Director of Marketing & Sales. She holds a degree in
Business Administration from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North
Florida. In 2023, she became a partner and now serves as Vice President of Marketing and
Sales. In her free time, Barbie enjoys traveling and boating with her husband and two sons.

MIKE GARGIULO
Vice President of Operations / Partner

Mike brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry and is a licensed
general contractor in multiple states, offering both hands-on expertise and strong operational
leadership. He became a partner and now serves as Vice President of Operations for
Connor+Gaskins Homes, a role he assumed in 2023. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys
spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and twin boys: boating, fishing, and flying.
