CONDO RENOVATIONS

Connor+Gaskins Homes provides custom luxury condominium remodeling
and renovation services throughout Southwest Florida’s most exclusive
buildings from Bonita Bay to Bay Colony to Park Shore. As there are strict

timelines for work to be done in the summer months, Connor+Gaskins
Homes approaches condo renovations with strategic planning and
proficiency. We utilize the pre-construction phase to work closely with the
client and their design team to make selections, create a project estimate
with the chosen selections and submit the plans for permit.

In addition to the constricted timeline, penthouse and condominium
renovations bring other challenges such as parking restrictions, elevator

coordination and logistics. Connor+Gaskins Homes is dedicated to leading
the team through all of these obstacles while also continuing to cultivate
many genuine relationships with condo associations and building managers.
