Connor+Gaskins Vertical Appointed General Contractor for Revs Reserve Naples

Connor+Gaskins Vertical has been appointed general contractor for Revs Reserve Naples, a planned 63,800-square-foot, state-of-the-art automobile storage facility and amenity space that will expand Revs Institute’s campus at 2300 and 2400 East Horseshoe Drive in Naples, Florida. 

The appointment follows Revs Institute’s unanimous approval from the Naples Design Review Board for the expansion of its campus, marking a key milestone as the project advances toward permitting and construction. 

Designed to support Revs Institute’s institutional operations, enhance the visitor experience and strengthen its connection to the Naples community, Revs Reserve Naples will be developed on 6.6 acres and centered around a modern, L-shaped structure built with preservation, resilience and hospitality in mind. 

Revs Reserve is an exclusive experience for collectors who seek to ensure their vehicles retain and appreciate in value while remaining true to their original essence. Mechanical integrity is sustained through responsible exercise and expert care, with climate, maintenance, documentation and oversight aligned to Revs Institute standards.

The facility will feature 24/7 monitored access, gold-standard climate and humidity control, and Category 5 hurricane-rated construction. Vehicles will be stored more than nine feet above FEMA flood levels, ensuring maximum protection. Dedicated preservation bays, concierge detailing and maintenance management, and transportation logistics services will provide a comprehensive, white-glove ownership experience. 

Revs Reserve Naples builds on the success of Revs Reserve Delray, further advancing the Institute’s mission to preserve automotive history through thoughtful stewardship and innovation. 

The project will also include refined hospitality lounges and shared amenity spaces, reinforcing Revs Institute’s growing role as a global resource for automobile heritage. 

The project is expected to break ground this fall, with opening planned for 2027.
