[Naples, FL] — Connor+Gaskins Transportation is excited to announce that Jeffrey Baird, Vice President, has joined the company as a new partner. With over 20 years of experience in the transportation and petroleum industries, Baird brings extensive expertise in site development, legal entitlements and large-scale project management.

Baird spent more than a decade with RaceTrac Petroleum, where he played a key role in the company’s growth. He is known for his leadership in overseeing complex projects—most notably completing the fastest gas station build ever in just 70 days in College Station, Texas.

Originally from Woodbine, Georgia, Baird moved to Atlanta, where he built his career before joining Connor+Gaskins Transportation in 2020. His deep industry knowledge and connections will help propel the company’s growth, especially as it continues to expand into new markets nationwide.

Baird’s leadership will focus on driving the company’s development, including the adaptation of new technologies as well as fostering strong relationships in the convenience store industry.
